* When installing, first thread the compensator onto the end of the barrel then tighten the lock nut when properly aligned. The threads on lock nut are left handed so they turn the opposite direction when compared to a normal thread. Use a 15/16” or 24mm wrench (English and Metric are basically the same at this size) and some common sense when tightening. 25 foot pounds is plenty.
** Properly designed compensators redirect noise back towards the shooter. So from the shooters perspective the rifle will be louder. Minimum recommend barrel length for high powered riffles is 14.5 inches.

I’ve purchased countless comps/brakes over the years and I have never had one that performed as well as this one. I installed it on one off my cheaper set ups and it is shooting much flatter than my expensive ones. Feels like you’re shooting a 22 magnum. My 8 and 10 year old could control it just fine. It is not very range friendly the side blast is pretty intense but does not affect your shots in anyway. Overall couldn’t be happier and well worth the price tag. The videos on YouTube are REAL!!!
The Youtube video of the sled test sold me. Installed it on my 2-gun rifle and was immediately blown away. Literally zero recoil. Dot didn't move outside of a quarter-sized bullseye at 15 yards. Let a GM PCC shooter put a few rounds through it. He fired one round, turned around and said "Oh my God!". His doubles were similar to those from his PCC.
I wouldn't shoot this device indoors, but If your goal is to keep your dot on target, this brake is terrific.
There are a lot of gimmicky items you can buy that say a lot of false claims for your rifle, this is NOT one of them. It does what it says very very well. I was absolutely blown away by the reduction in recoil. It genuinely feels like I’m shooting a .22. When they say it reduces recoil by 83%, they really do mean it. It has been the best money I have spent on an upgrade for my rifle ever. This will be my go to muzzle device for all of my builds going forward.

Shooting the .233 absolutely zero movement on target, unbelievable. Super happy with the 5.56 but the .223, it’s amazing.
