Please read our policies before ordering. We strive for customer delight and to treat everyone fairly. In return we expect to be treated fairly as well.

1:ORDERS

Most orders are semi-custom and may take up to 5 business days to complete.

The ordering process is pretty straightforward just pick the options you need on your pistol. We are also capable of numerous customs options that are not included in the drop down menu. For simple options involving (thumb notches, ambi cutouts and texture modifications) just leave a note to seller on the checkout process and we will accommodate them.

For custom colors and medallions you should call or email us first.

2:SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping: All grips include free shipping. Grips are shipped through USPS with tracking information that will automatically be emailed to you.

International Orders: Will include a $10 surcharge with a $2 surcharge on every additional grip. We only ship to destination that are approved through the Department of Defense and in accordance with ITAR regulations.

Dueling tree's and some bulk orders are shipped UPS.

3: Returns

Should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt.

Returns/Exchanges typically fall into the following categories.

1. Stoner CNC Error- Cosmetic or Function. Stoner CNC to Incur Shipping Cost. In the following example Stoner CNC will exchange your grips free of charge and will cover all costs incurred in the process.

Example 1 - Sent wrong grips (received wrong color, frame or bottom cut)

2. Customer Error- 15% restocking fee to apply plus buyer covers all shipping costs.

Example 1 - Buyer buys grips for the wrong frame. (buy purchases Beretta Vertec grips for a Beretta Model 92)
Example 2 - Buyer doesn't like the color and wants to swap them for a different color.

3. Stoner CNC makes every effort to display the colors and textures of our products that appear on Amazon as accurately as we can. However actual colors and textures you see may vary slightly based on your devices lighting. Also please keep in mind G10 can vary a little bit in color and thickness with can affect the look slightly.

*We want to be reasonable with our return policy and it was created with the consumer in mind while comparing return policies of some of our competitors. The return policy is in place because each and every grip we make is custom made to your order, we keep material on hand but we never machine grips without an order.

4. Other – We aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and if something falls outside these guidelines, Let Us Know! And will do our best to work with you and your specific needs!

4:Gift Shipping

If your ordering a gift and are unsure what is needed please include the make and model of the pistol and most times we can send the correct grip.

We also try to be more accommodating on our return policy if this is the case, we just ask that you let us know ahead of time with a note to seller or an email.

5. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, provided you have a concept surcharges start at $15. The design work (CAD/CAM) will be considered property of Stoner CNC and successful designs offered to the public. Lead time will depend on complexity and workload with a maximum of 30 days.

Custom designs are also subject to approval by Stoner CNC and may have design restrictions.

6. Do you offer wholesale pricing

Pistol Grips: We offer discount pricing starting at 10pc for gunsmiths, gun stores, and small manufacturers for established grip designs. Provided they are not for sale online.

We offer exclusive manufacturing for select companies. General Guidelines are as follows.

50 pc initial order and 200 pc annually
New products require 3D CAD Files
Subject to a 1 time tooling fee
Please inquire for more information

Gun Targets: Yes, 10 pc and up.

Other products: Yes, for example cell phone cases are typically quoted and manufactured accordingly.

7. What else do you machine?

Our primary focus is the firearm and knife industry with a focus on machining composite materials such as G10, FR4, Carbon Fiber and Micarta. We routinely machine components for cell phone case manufacturers and solar companies using these materials as well.

With that said we are capable of cutting all aluminum alloys and nearly all steels. We accept RFQ’s on CNC Milling applications of 50pc and higher. Our ideal lot size is around 500pc and has gone up to 5000pc. We have been known to make exception to this rule depending on the complexity of the part (example: molds), local customers and established customers.
